2012 Silverado Oem fog light kit

Can anyone tell me where to get the Oem Fog Light Kit in (Chrome) or a part #. The 2012 Silverados come with chrome end caps and the ones with factory fog lights are also chrome. I searched but only came up with the part #s for the ones with the same body colored ones.

If anyone can help...Thankyou in advance.

If you can get thr part number for the all chrome front bumper, that would be a good start. I tried looking it up but all those type of sites are blocked here at work.
