Hey guys! I'm sure many of you have seen the tutorials on how to mod an AC Delco head unit to add an Aux In audio jack. I did this to my 2000 Z71 and it works great. I showed a friend and he wants it done to his 2006 Trailblazer. I haven't had any experience with those head units yet. Does anyone know if these can be modified the same way? Thanks for your help!

  Ok well I guess Lake disagrees with me on a few points. I call oil consumption pretty basic. Rudimentary. He calls it "really complicated." I think 1qt consumed in 3k miles is a lot. He says that's normal. In 22 minutes, he'll use his natural talent to explain oil consumption to anyone watching this video. He covers everything from obvious engine damage to how normally functioning healthy engines consume oil by design. Lake explicitly states how you drive will impact oil consumption. Shut up and watch:

  Check for broken bolts holding the exhaust manifolds to the heads, common problem. Dorman makes a repair piece if you find you have broken 1s and don't want to do the surgery to replace them

  My dealer says it's the 6.6 from the HD modified for the 1500's. So, my money's on the 6.7.
