Bose or Beats by Dre?

I need some new headphones to workout with. Can't decide of which ones I want. I lift weights & do cardio. So I need some type of earbuds. I heard Bose got some new sport headphones. But, where they're new, I haven't saw any reviews on them. I can use cheap headphones, but they wouldn't last too long. Plus, the sound quality isn't all that great.

So, what do you guys use or wear? Got any friends that wear any & shine in on?

Thanks guys.

Personally I use skull candy in ear headphones. Sound great and stay in while I'm running, plus they're cheaper than both.

I have a set of Skull Candy and a set of the Ludacris Soul in ears

i have bose over ear headphones, i love the sound quality but they are really pricey and you can get great sounding headphones for around 70-100$ range

If you're gonna work out with them, make sure you try a pair on to make sure they stay in. The ones with earclips might be your best bet.

I don't work out with them, but my $60 Sennheisers have sound on par with the $200 beats.

I used to have a $140 pair of Bose headphones, but they took a crap on me after two years. Pretty disappointing for that much $.

Etymotic makes some great earbuds. The mc5 is reasonably priced, but the ER-4's are awesome. I have an older set of ER-6i's and they are absolutely amazing, and they have lasted me quite a while with only changing filters.

best advice here. bose and beats are both ridiculously overpriced for what they offer. go to head-fi.org and read up - that's where you should be looking for headphone suggestions.

Just bc, I live in VA. Ordered it yesterday & getting them today.

Plus, these headphones were priced everywhere else the same.

UPS ran at 11am, got my ear buds.

Listening to them right how, they are so lightweight, sound quality is very good, with decent bass.
