From someone who did pest control for a few years, wait until early morning when its cool, Get a powder called SevinDust along with a dusting bulb to use for application. If possible get a bee suit if possible. Fill the bulb with the pesticide (you SHOULD wear a respirator. Its not the best stuff to breathe in). And then pump it into the crack/entrance making sure that you are getting a bunch in. After that, use foam sealer to seal the entrance. Then puff a few puffs on the foam to get any wasps that may be outside the nest.
