What kind of trans service ??

Planning on getting a transmission service on my 2007. I'm right at around 43k miles

Many places wanna do the flush. I've heard that's not a good idea Do you guys recommend just a trans Pan drop with filter change ? Or the flush ?

I recommend pan drop and filter change if you tow, every 50k miles.

 

Some would recommend also running one quart out at a time by disconnecting a line, starting truck, turn off when a quart container is full. Add a new quart to the transmission. Seems like it takes about 16 quarts to do it this way, but I could be wrong.
