Don't happen to have a bug guard on the hood do you? They can create crazy turbulence at the windshield area and a lot of noise.

Mine seems to help. But I've heard of people having issues.

I have had the exact same problem. Truck has >150K on it and setting the cruise at 80 mph has the wind howling inside. Did the following things: replaced inner door seals, replaced door hinges, and cleaned/siliconed... I had a buddy to the door hinges, but everything else was easy.

Extended cabs love to make noise lol! It's cause they have no B pillar to firmly close against. I know cause I have one too
