Possible BCM bad?

I would like to know if my BCM might be bad...about a month ago I got out of my truck to go into the store and when I returned back to leave i put the key in and turned it but nothing happen...the lights on the display lite up fine but the motor would not turn over. I tried it again and the truck started up.....I actually forgot about this until yesterday afternoon after my truck had been sitting up for 3 days I decided i should try and start it. i tried to cranck it up and the motor turned over about 3 times very slow like a dead battery and then nothing. My door locks do not work along with the door windows, mirrors,interior lights, remote start, door unlocks and the display lights come on after about a 5 second delay but the motor never turns over. the radio plays fine and the headlights, power seats,12 volt power supply,header fan,horn all work fine. I checked the battery with an amp gauge and it shows 12.9 volts.....any help would be GREAT, also if the electronics control board might be bad what type of warrenty comes with it....my truck is a 2007 1500 sierra crew cab with 54,000 miles

Check all battery connections and cable thoroughly, including grounds. There have been instances where the cables were failing inside the rubber insulation. Also have your battery properly load tested
