Zone 3in body lift bumper mod

Ok whos running the zone 3in bl is there a way around drilling my bumper for the spare tire lift? Hate to just have an open hole there for dirt and water to get it

Thanks I checkedbit out seems its the way to go. Thats why I put ny bumper on with out the zone mod once the weather breaks ill take it off and do it the pa way till then I hope I dont need my spare
