How many miles on the odometer

I was just curious about how many miles these engines and transmissions are good for. I have a 01 GMC Sierra with 52,000 miles and still running strong. "Knock on Wood".

I am mostly interested in '99 and newer vehicles, but all responses are cool.

I think I am somewhere around 29500.  Maybe past that.  Still running good and on a new set of tires.  Next thing on the list is a new fuel filter and another bottle of that Techron concentrate.

99 4.3 Sierra with a bit over 25,000 miles

We changed the oil in all of our pickups last week and here is the mileage from the 4.8 and the 5.3

So far so good, No news of blown engines or transmissions needing to be replaced. I plan to pay of my '01 GMC in the next two years and keeping it garage kept al long as I can. I am getting a company vehicle next month so it will become my weekend driver. Boy I love my truck.

2000 gmc ext cab----bought may 14th  2002 with 41000  miles on it-------now today it has 60075  jan 16th 2003------i like to drive as you can see---no problems yet   wood    it still has origanal tires on it--but will be getting new rubber  since i slipped and slid all over road today  with  3 inches of snow here in east tennessee :thumb:  :thumb:
