Looking to minimize sag while loaded

Supersprings are good to go with me. I used them on my 2000 1500 to pull a 27' 5th wheel. When I pulled the 5th wheel from dealership to my home I didn't like the way it sagged. So I put supersprings on it and was very happy with the results. I measured it(sag) at the time but I don't remember now what it was. But I do know it was at least 2" or more less sag after the supersprings were put on. Very helpful when maxing out Gross maximum payload on this truck. In my opinion this is the cheapest, easiest and safe way to reduce sag. I had no handling problems either.

I didn't know what timbrens were so I looked it up. I know their airbags now. Add-a-leafs are not passive and will ride rough. And their a pain in the butt to install. Airbag systems are super expensive. Go with the supersprings and you'll be happy. Their cost just alittle more than add-a-leafs and you don't have to remove the spring pack from the truck or have to take apart the spring packs. I was in a hurry when I did mine, I didn't even remove the rear wheel. Although it would be alot easy to put these on with the rear wheel removed. Their adjustable too. Imho supersprings are want you want and need. Good luck.

I installed a set of Firestone airbags on my truck. I love them. After I leveled my truck I hated the rear sag when the bed was loaded and I had my ATV trailer hooked up. Now after I'm loaded I just fill up the bags to level back out. They do a good job and I think make the truck ride smoother while towing.

I have also had timbrens on a past truck and they did basically the same job. I think either one will work fine for your situation.

I just added 3 oem leafs to my pack of 4 and the truck rides the same, I picked up a cpl inches in the back, And im sure i will be able to load past the reccomended nums without it sagging!
