I LOVE college football!  To me it's more exciting than the NFL.  All the history, rivalries, special games, the band, student body.  Doesn't get much better!

Gig'em Aggies!  I see we got some votes this year, and I agree that we don't belong in the top 25 to start the season.  We do, however, play four of the teams in the top 16 this year, and I bet we will beat at least two of them.  We always pull out something to win some big games and fall flat on others.

We (WVU) took Rich Rodriguez from you guys (he used to play at WVU in the 80's), and I hope he can do the same with WVU's offense as he did with Clemson.  We need it.  Our offense has been kind of boring for a while.

My favorite team?  Being from Annapolis, its Navy.

Now theres a major yawn.

Beyond that...being more recently from Florida, HATE Miami, HATE Florida, LOVE Florida State except for that d&mn indian hatchet chop chant that goes on for 4 hours from beginning to end.  Its the worst but seems all of our "Native American" teams do it including my most hated of ALLLLLLL sports teams, the Atlanta Braves.:angry:

GOOOOOOOOOOOO BIG ORANGE!!!!  I agree with Newbie on this one, except I hate the F State Criminols also.  But man I love college football.  The players seem to enjoy the game more, and the fans are more crazy!  At least in the south.  And the players make a pretty good living in college ball too!  LOL!

Been able to see a few CSU games and Colorado is pretty good, but they're no Tennessee.  Going to a game at UT is an experience all its own.  Looks like I'm in the minority, because I like Miami, too.

yeh mountaineer you guys did steal a great  man fom us. but  the brains behind our offense is Tommy Bowden.  And we have a bona fide Heisman candidate in Woody Dantzler. We have Florida State at home this year and Tommy always gets up to play his dad so we should contend for the ACC championship. Ga. Tech is also going to be tough for us.  Lou Holtz and S Carolina thought they had us beat last year but we came back and won our biggest rivalry game!
