New member from Kansas

And KSU=K State. I'm guessing your friend was going to Kansas University (KU Jayhawks) and is going to Kansas State University (KSU Wildcats) now. I like K-State a lot, although sometimes I wish I had an easier major.

Haha, I was thinking KU for some odd reason at seeing KSU, guess it's these projects getting the best of me. Total hours on one project among the group this semester is close to 400 hours. At the end it'll be worth it for the fact we get to design the things we work on. Just think on the positive side, you aren't doing AE, Most of the AE's down here are studying more than I am. What year are you in?

I'm first year. I know a few AE's, it doesn't seem fun. But there's really no major other than ME that suits me, other than English. I'm really good at English, so naturally I had to choose a math major.

AE's isn't fun. I prefer things that stay on the ground personally. The only major other than ME that suits me was being an actual mechanic although a mentor steered me towards ME because of my grades in highschool. Once you get past the math courses, it's relatively downhill. Except for heat transfer. That class is one of the hardest here, because of the teacher. I'm in design of heat exchangers now, and it's a really interesting course. I am hoping that I did well on the midterm that was roughly 20-25 pages for three questions. I minored in math because, well it was only one extra class and counted for Engineering 2020.
