Need help with master window control

My 07 NBS 2500HD's master window switch is having problems raising and lowering the rear windows (front work fine) the rear windows work fine from their own control. While I suspect that I will have to pony up for a replacement switch ($$$) I have not figured how to get into the arm rest to even look at the switch module. So has anyone figured out how to get in there??? and has anybody ever be able to repair the module??

I think you're going to have to pull the door panel to gain access. My friends 2008 had a similar issue and he had to get a switch panel.

Getting to the switch should be fairly easy, usually you just have to use a flathead screw driver to pry up on the bezel, once the bezel if off you will have access to the switch. We do have some guides on how to remove switches. http://www.switchdoctor.net/removal-installation
