Cluster Problem

04 K2500HD. Noticed lately the cluster goes to the language option in setup and scrolls through English, Spanish and French. Sometimes resets itself. I removed cluster and removed the wire from the cluster connector for the steering wheel button. It has done it once since, so that should rule out a pinched wire or switch issue. Removed cluster and inspected, nothing abnormal found on circuit board. I'm guessing the cluster will have to be replaced. And I just replaced the bad stepper motors 6 months back.... Anyone else ran into this issue?

Has been posted on here several times. Answer has been to replace the cluster.

 

Some have suggested having it reflashed, but I haven't heard if it works. Might contact one of the various rebuilders and ask.
