Three things I'll miss about Xbox:

 

1 - Forza Motorsport

 

2 - Controller

 

3 - Gears of War

 

I refuse to buy something that limits almost everything I can do when I PAID good money for it.

I will have both, I will just wait for the xbox. That new Forza looked bad ass

but that $500 Pricetag and the DRM Bullshit is going to turn a LOT of People off about the XO. I have an Xbox 360 (an Elite that I bought off my sister) and EVERY GAME for that Console I bought USED, since I can't really afford to buy new, and I also have only an XBL Silver Account, Since I can't really afford a Gold Subscription either. and as Daryl mentioned, some people have either Unreliable internet, or No Internet PERIOD. for those people that buy an XO and have Unreliable or Zero Internet, the Xbox One turns into a Very large PAPERWEIGHT. to put it bluntly IMO, the Xbox One is now for Rich Kids or people who have well paying jobs to where they can afford the console, and the DRM Crap.

 

This is very true man, this is what hurting them so badly. I will be shocked if they don't turn it around & do something about it. 24 hour period & Kinect always being on sucks, but we can all live with that. Except with the no internet part for people with low speed or none.

 

The games is what hurting the most, don't understand, But isn't it up to the publishers??

 

 

Three things I'll miss about Xbox:

6. XBL > PSN

 

7. Those upcoming games look ILL!!

Looks like PSN will be changing for the PS4 and Plus will be required for online play just like Gold is for XBL

I'm fine with that. Hopefully they still offer free games like they do now, but idk. I think I found my new game to replace Forza. Driveclub.

They will, 1 game a month. Also Drive Club looked good, but not Gran Turismo good. If they step up the online so it is comparable to XBL, I will gladly pay

I didn't care for Gran Turismo 5, Forza blew it out of the water. I'm hoping the next Gran Turismo is better.

I am completely the other way around. Graphics and reality go to GT5, Modding capabilities and actual race seasons/type of races go to Forza 4

I agree with that. Car engine audio goes to Forza though IMO.

If you're waiting on GT6 it's "coming" this holiday season. It will be released for the ps3. I put "coming" in "" because look how many delays GT5 had so who knows when it actually gets released. My gripe with GT5 is they took 5 years to make it and it still felt unfinished and completely unpolished when it was released.

Forza is definitely is better. But, after a few months after I get my Xbox One.

I might but a PS4, just for the hell of it.

 

 

I won't get a PS4 until at least Income Tax time.

It's a two way street, and I'm sure both need to be connected to "ensure you get the best Xbox experience possible".

      .30” of rain all month and it’s been weeks since that. “Mowed” our two properties today for the first time since July 2nd. It only took 30 minutes because all I had to do was level some weeds and saplings in a few problem areas. Everything else is dead.

      Dealer reported a failed shifter module assembly so the whole shifter is getting replaced. Yet another premature repair… up to $12,000+ in extended warranty payout in only 5 years and 80,000 miles!

      According to the dealer it’s an internal leak/failure of the compressor.  Again, another failure that shouldn’t happen at only 5 years and 80k miles.  For some reason the compressors must be hard to come by right now, because the truck’s been at the dealer almost a week and they just located a compressor at another dealer several states away today.  We’ll see if this fixes the issue.

      I'm not sure if this should be a reply on this thread or a new topic, let me know if it's out of place. This my first post. Thanks 85077522 - ACDelco GM Genuine Parts Brake Master Cylinders. Anyone else had to replace this brake master cylinder yet. I didn't do any brake work, it looks like new parts and I've had the truck for about 4k miles. When it started to throw codes I did the calibrations with a bidirectional scanner and got the codes to clear but they came back so i did the routine; base bleed, automated bleed and final base bleed. All that with Bosch ES16-32N fluid (please look it up). That seemed to fix it but 100ish miles later it failed again so I ran the same process but with a pressure bleeder this time and got the same results, fixed for 100ish miles. The original fluid looked bad and I thought I got most of it out. The codes; P25A2, C05B0-00, C2A1B. I can get them to clear but not for long. The C05B0 indicates a leak in the front circuit (which is bone dry) so I'm thinking of doing the bleed process on that front again today and I don't know if that's taboo to just do the front but at this point it seems like it's worth the try anyway. The new master cylinder/module unit is supposed to get here today. But now I'm pretty much convinced this install is over my head. I've called several shops and some mobile guys that I know but this thing is like radio active material scary wise. I did get 2 local shops say they should be able to do it, one says he has the SPS2 programing capability. And with the battery disconnected is there supposed to be pedal resistance, mine is to the floor, then if I pump it I can get some resistance.

      I wasn’t commenting on your post. Certainly wasn’t arguing. I was making an observation on my long term experience with supposedly proper length of driving for proper heat cycles. Works for me. Although I have seen water or vapor come out of exhaust when vehicles weren’t run very long and shut off. It’s very humid in the morning. Then hot and humid.
