Buckets and the trash can between them

It's hard to believe that there is no organization tray inside the cavern otherwise known as a center console.

Looking around my shop I came up with this quick fix til I can fabricate something for real.

I had a 10" x 6" x 4" metal basket that I use to store mags. Two of the screws that hold the console in place went through the mesh at the bottom to secure it in place.

I also used 3" x 5" x 2" metal basket I used to segregate Hoppe's, Rem Oil and other small bottles and tubes or solvents and lubes. I used tie wraps to mount it to the larger basket.

Nothing was altered or changed. The baskets were purchased from Amazon.com for under $10.

And there is about a 2" gap to allow access to the USB and 12V port. Of course, right angle connectors are a must.

Not bad! I have the bench and the flip down armrest looks like the dividers could be re-configurable but they're not so I only have that kinda organized. Haha
