Airlift bags on my truck

The largest improvement in ride quality, at the lowest cost - that I have made to my 2005 2500HD Crew Cab - was to add Sulastic Springs. Day and Night difference in ride quality when the bed was empty.

The stock suspension on my 2500HD was far more harsh than any previous 1/2 I had owned. So harsh that I thought about just switching back to a 1/2 ton. I was only towing or carrying more than a couple thousand lbs in the bed about 10% of the time - the other 90% with an empty bed was just plain unpleasent.

At the recommendation of a friend - I added the Sulastic Springs - Problem Solved. They simply took the harshness and jaring thump out of the rear suspension - without effecting load capacity. Actually Sulastic Shackles Kit - $380.00 and easy to install.
