I'm partial to CORSA,I've had them on my last three trucks,and my Camaro SS.

I must though that the 6.2 has a pretty nice sound stock right from the factory,and I know a lot of guys on here who have left the stock system in place and just had the resonator in the rear removed.

I like mine stock so much that when it's worn out I'm replacing it exactly like it came from the factory minus the resonator, and with my 4.5" tip out the corner of the bumper. If I was going for a louder system it would be a corsa for sure.

I'd like to take the resonator out of my truck. How hard is it and how can they replace it so it doesn't look ghetto. I don't got 1k for a corsa exhaust. But like to make the truck a little louder.

No one will be able to tell from looking unless they get under the truck that the resonator is gone.

You're not going to get a noticeable power difference from a cat back exhaust.

Probably need long tubes, true duals with an H or X pipe, and a tune for a noticeable power gain...

So swapping out the exhaust doesn't void the warrant? I guess I need to ask my service advisor. They said he will know what will or will not void it or not be covered.

The service advisor will likely just lie since dealers rarely know the truth anyhow about modifications. The law states that a warranty can't be voided by aftermarket items unless the item is proven to cause a failure. So if you add the exhaust and the alternator fails down the road there is no issue. Cat back exhausts are extremely common, I put one on my truck when it was three months old and only waited that long because the kit I wanted was on back order.

I am considering taking this a step further and going with high flow cat(s) and high flow there on back. Sure, little more cost, but bang for buck seems better than just cat back. Any thoughts?

I doubt you'll see much gain. New, factory cats already flow extremely well. The only way you'll see much of a gain is long tubes and a full custom exhaust, likely without cats which can be a problem in some states. The best bang for your buck is going to be a tune and intake kit.

Thanks, guys. Been quite a while since I had a gas pickup. Diesel has been my only concern for almost a decade. Trying to get back with the program! I am finding a lot has changed. The ride I gave up to my son when I got this 2013 Silverado was a 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel. My other ride is a Freightliner. Even driving a gas powered vehicle is somewhat of a learning curve again, silly as that might seem.
