Tailgate Gap Protector?

Okay, I got this new truck and I want to protect the area between the tailgate and bed. I hate wrecking the paint. Got any recommendations for a Silverado 1500 GMT900?

Do you have a spray in Bedliner? I bought a gap protector (rubber) and it wouldn't work with the liner

It says it works with spray on liners but the 3m tape doesnt stick for crap.

I had spray in bed liners in my last 3 trucks, so I was a bit leary. But I love mine. The "GMC" custom stitching on the front header is a nice touch.

 

My 5 & 2 yr. old girls love playing around in the back of daddy's truck even MORE now too. The padded floor reinforcement is easy on the knees.... LOL!!

 

Needless to say, I'm happy with my investment.
