2005 Z71 2 wheel drive Suburban- Abs/ tc turning on

I have a 2005 with 142,000 miles. My abs and tc light have come on- to the point that when i first turn it on the truck start driving and the bells ring the lights are going on the ABS break kicks in- only once usually. i have heard there is a possible electrical issue that can make this happen..
