New Emissions Testing in California

No more sniff test on vehicles year 2000 and newer, and the only monitor allowed to be incomplete is the EVAP

I have no emmision testing so I'm cat less at the moment lol.

are they still poking around under the hood for non CARB items? my inspection is due this month, and the past 2 inspection they were giving me grief about my mid headers..no CARB #
