Should I remove my trim?

when you buy a new truck next call me and I will add some dings for you for a cheap price . 10 bucks a ding

trucks get dents and dings from work but still dont like it . I dont go out of my way to put a ding in the truck if i can help it .

lol a truck is a truck thats why I bought it. I make sure dings dont get on my Harley's or my 06 XJ8 though. If you buy a truck for what its intended, it will get dings. My truck looks good, I dont look to get dings but its inevitable.

Pull it. It looks cleaner. You will get door dings regardless unless what is beside you is the same height lol. You can blend pretty much anything with some time and polish.

? i dont know about that . I look at my door and if someone tries to open there door on mine it hits that little plastic guard before it hits my paint.

but the guards painted and still gets beat up

What if I bought a truck just to drive it around and look good? My truck, my money.

 

Op I would leave them on, I like the way they look and +1 on the protection from "some" door dings, someone just smashed their door into my new truck, it hit the trim, left a pretty good gash.

I already have a lot of dings, scratches, scuffs, rust... heck basically anything you name I have it on my paint so if I did remove the trim it would be out of place from the rest of the truck. Thats why I said imma wait till I get a body and paint job done so I can just have it blended from the git go
