^{what if any was your fuel mileage drop? when I got my truck (used ) I had transforce lrd tires and upgraded to nitto terra grappler lre and lost 2mpgs. just wondering what set I would put on next as Im not impressed with the nittos .}

I didn't lose any mpg when I switched to my 10 ply coopers. Still right at 18 highway. And so far 0 flats.

Whats the advantages or disadvantages to the 265+ vs. 245?

Alright here's the skinny. Since September when I bought the tires they were great, no real noticeable mpg change and rode super smooth, only down side I could see was they are real rock throwers. But to my dismay I blew my transmission pulling my ice castle. So I had the local shop patch it up and traded it in on a 2006 Duramax crew cab. I wasn't about to shell out $2600 on a rebuild that I couldn't get warrantied for longer than a few months or miles. So now I'm running the bullet proof D Max and Allison transmission.
