Rear suspension noise

I have a 2007 Tahoe with 83,000 miles, I am earring a popping type noise in the rear suspension when I go over bumps. I've tried standing on the back bumper and jumping up and down, nothing, I've tried shaking the exhaust, nothing. I cant seem to find the source of the noise, Any ideas?

shock mount bushing, mine is done and makes a clunk noise, I added some rubber to quiet it down and it worked for 20000 miles but now its back again
