Driving a 2014 - First Impressions

I took my 2011 2500 to my dealer today to get a few things checked out. They asked if I could leave the truck there. I told them today is my only day off and I need it tomorrow. With that the service manager makes a phone call and says she'll be right back. A few minutes later she pulls up with a 2014 CC and says here you go! 160 miles on it! Sweet!

 

First impression - nice truck. I really like the new dash. The step built into the corners of the rear bumper is a great idea. Rides really nice! I had 2009 1500 CC and don't remember it riding this nice. Steering seems a little to soft for my liking. I like to "feel" the road more. I think it has a 4.8 because it seems a little under powered. To be continued as my 2 day test ride goes on.

They dropped the 4.8 so it might be the 4.3 six cylinder.
