I saw what you wrote and was contemplating correcting the person I quoted but refrained and kept it simple...

 

So with simple math we will add another vehicle length to that 0-60 and make the gap HUGER...LOL.

dark colored vehicles look great... but after owning white vehicles, thats the only color im going with from now on... so easy to clean and they dont get nearly as hot as a dark vehicle

Good call going to the 3.42 gears man. I test drove a 3.08 geared 5.3 overnight and while I loved everything about the truck. Those gears just do NOT do the motor justice. It was a dog off the line and it was shifting all the time.

 

Very glad I went with the 3.42 gears instead. If the 3.73's were available at the time I was buying, I probably would have gotten those, but so far I am more than pleased with the 3.42's mileage and power.
