Basically what ive picked up is going through the trap I want to be at the top of 3rd gear. It will be 4th for you. Run it and then do the calculations. Where you end up at the trap. Basically my ideal setup by numbers is a 4.10 with 28" tires. But then I will have traction issues.

Thanks for info, looks like I need to just do the runs and stop with the hypothetical questions

Manual mode will help you lock out 5 and 6. So you will run in M4. I would try some stock 17's with a 30-31" tire for track use

Last hypothetical question, what do you guys think I would run if I got rid of the lift and ran my stock 18's and highway tires?

You will want something stickier than highway tires. You could probably hit low 13's
