Totaled my 2014

Well I didn’t total my truck, the dealer totaled my truck. They were replacing the steering wheel for me last week while I was traveling for work; it had a small cut when I bought it so they ordered me a new one.

From what I understand, the lot attendant was parking the truck and turned too tight into a 2014 Silverado. He damaged the rear passenger door, cab, and box side.

I’m not too upset, I have a SLT All Terrain Crew for a loaner in the meantime, and to make things right my new truck will have GM 22s, which I opted out on when I purchased mine.

I'll know more details after I visit the dealer today. Here are some pictures

I guess totaled is the wrong word to use, but considering it is brand new with only 3,000 miles they are just replacing it

That's a good move by the dealer. I'm sure they'd be pressured to do it anyway, but it's good they are just taking care of it without a fuss.

Seeing your truck was the reason I wanted to get these 22s! Beautiful. How are the tires? Ride okay with the 22s?

I love those wheels. They remind me of the Spider wheels that were on the 2009+ Z06 vette.

Tires are awesome. It's honestly the best riding vehicle I've ever owned. The Bridgestone's are leaps and bounds better than the Goodyear's on the 18's and 20's. I know several people with over 50k miles on one set of the Bridgestone's. The only thing I hate about the wheels is the time it takes to clean them...

I had a similar situation when i bought a veloster turbo, it was cheaper for them to replace the vehicle versus me “coming back at them with some legal (?) actions” so ended with a new Genesis coupe and very little price to pay in difference! Look at me so now i have a 2013 Genesis coupe white and 14 All Terrain white! love them both

Well unfortunately this truck already sold, so I am going to build a new truck. I have some ideas for this one and get to drive the SLT All Terrain in the meantime.
