Is this what is being referred to as the third CAT

I crawled under my truck today, as I was curious to this third Cat that I keep hearing about with the 2014 exhaust. There is no 02 sensor and its located right after the collector pipe (4-5 "), close to the transfer case. It looks more like another resonator to me.

Yes, thats what I assume is being referred to as the 3rd CAT, seems much smaller than the CAT's i'm used to but also never had a vehicle with (3) of them either so

Yeah it's way small compared to the other two, a lot wider but shorter and there is no 02 sensor.
