Problem with Steering Wheel Controls on 08 Silverado

I have an 08 Silverado LT2. It has radio controls/Bluetooth controls that have stopped working. The cruise control buttons and horn still work fine and there is no airbag light on the dash. Just the right hand side of the steering wheel has stopped working. Can this still be a clock spring issue or another problem? Thanks for any help.
