What would you like to see designed different 1500

Hi I'm noticing a few things in the GMC1500 Sierra.

I'm sorta a practical person and I am noticing things that don't make sense to me. The 2014 is redesigned. I am also interested in a regular cab . For starters, the leg room is cramped. I own a 2010 Ram and I can sit in that thing like I'm in a reclining chair. My left foot has no place to rest. To sprawl out I have to slide my left foot next to the break peddle. The seat also doesn't recline much either and can imagine will create cramping on longer drives. So I suggest.. next time GM redesigns a truck.. give the thing some room in the cab.( you guys not in regular cabs may not have to be concerned with that cramping) I also didn't see a sliding rear window option. I also am a coffee drinker and put my coffee in the holder when I drive. the Ram has 3 cup holders above the hump in the low side of the dash. One for each seat in the regular cab. Now , when three people are in the truck. you have to fold up the center console to create the 3rd seat. When you do that you fold away the 3 cup holders in the console leaving no place to put the coffee cup? Also, the console down as a arm rest, the center is hollowed out and creates a uncomfortable area for resting your arm. I'd come up with something better than that! I am supposed to go sign tomorrow on a 1500 that met all my requirements so don't get me wrong. I just think some things could be changed. some easy, some could have been easy.

I would have liked a push button starting system, more bolstering on the front seats, the interior l.e.d. lighting changed,it doesn't disperse like the old lighting, gives you a ton of dark spots at night and makes it hard to see anything. I wish the adjustablility of the seats had been left alone as well. The seat bottoms movement is a lot different than previous years. All in all,I think this is still the best truck out now.

Much better radio, home button on GPS,tighter bolts, less rattles, find out what that loud noise that comes from under the truck is, make V8 to V4 mode more consistent, headlights that don't double as fish tanks Lose the huge key fob, can't keep it in pocket, need a back pack, and paint that does not scratch in a strong wind. These are a few of my favorite things. Will surely find more in week 4 of ownership

My only major gripe is the location of the gas pedal relative to the brake. If I adjust my seat to be comfortable on the gas, I feel like the brake is too close. Likewise, if I adjust for the brake, I feel llike Im reaching out for the gas. Only gripe, minor one at that.

I agree, it feels like the gas and brake pedal are to far from one another. On my third week of ownership and I am getting used to it.

I would have to agree, will look mighty nice next to my wife's future Chevrolet SS. That is if it ever get's off event code 1100

im actually still waiting on my truck but it might be nice to have rear a/c added, and relocate the a/c discharge vents that reside in the backside of the bucket seats.

I'd like to be able to access the gun safe without having to flip up the armrest and fling coffee on my back seat drivers. Totally ruins the element of surprise.

I'm getting out of a Ram2500. This GMC1500 sle will be my first GMC/Chevy truck so I have a learning curve. Some stuff I just couldn't figure out why they would do it like that?????

I'd love to see a gear indicator ! Do they make something aftermarket like that?

In addition to the one that appears on the dash?
