Gauge ring doesn't light up

Just bought a 2014 Sierra SLT two weeks ago and I am taking it in since the red illumination ring on the temperature gauge doesn't light up. Has this happened to anyone before? How will they fix it since it's an led and not a plug in bulb?

Many posts on this, brochure showed it lit but none seem to light mine included.

Well i had a 14 SLE loaner while mine was getting tinted and other things replace and all the rings were evenly lit across all gauges

All of my knobs have a red led light ring; except for around the two dual climate control knobs. Radio has the red led, headlight knob, etc...

Ahh... Well that's not very bueno. Should be an easy fix for the dealer.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's easy if they have to pull the dash, but I would definitely get it fixed. Fortunately I drove mine at night before buying to make sure all the lighting worked.
