Cab Length Nerf Bars or Wheel-To-Wheel?

Anyone have any words or wisdom here? I'm looking at getting some 4" round nerf bars and Iron Cross offers both the cab length and the wheel-to-wheel versions. I can think of a few advantages to the WTW version (easier access to the front of the bed and some protection from rocks bouncing up and chipping paint). Price isn't really enough to make a difference...

I'm looking into N-Fab bars. I haven't seen a picture of the wheel to wheel ones on the truck but some from the dealer that are laid out with aftermarkets have them. They're sharp man check them out. IMO a real good look.

I'm not really a fan of the steps that drop down like that and I'm looking for full stainless so those are kinda out. I'm leaning towards the WTW but I'm trying to get opinions from others who may have had them to see what they though of them...

BTW here's the WTW on an old body style truck...

I also am going with nfab wheel to wheel. On a crew cab wheel to wheel is almost a must for looks.

Cab length I don't like when people reach over the side of the bed.

Well I ended up ordering the cab length 4" bars from Iron Cross. The wheel-to-wheel bars wetter ann extra $250 because they were to long to be shipped via fedex or ups and freight was $170.

I think you went with the better look on the style you chose, plus people wont be leaning over the side of your be to get things.

Better picture of what all is included. I am disappointed that the hardware isn't stainless as well. I'll have to decide whether I want to buy all new hardware or just leave alone...

I had those on my ford... well made but mine bent from farm work. I wonder if they fixed the issue with them being so close to the truck that you couldn't use them with big boots on. Hard to tell until installed.
