Which wheel to keep close to stock?

Hey all, be patient as this has probably been asked. I have a 2014 Silverado 4x4. Currently has the chrome 20" wheels. Im wanting to replace the wheels and will be dropping down to 18's. Im looking at the Fuel Hostage, and they appear to come in 18x9 with either a 14,20, or 25 offset. I'll be pairing them up with a tire that will keep me relatively close to what I have currently, being the 275/55/20. Which one of those offsets would be the one I need? Im not going to level, not doing flares, want to keep it as close to stock as I can with minimal poke outside the rim. Thanks!

Stock offset for the 2014 20's is +27mm

So are all of the 2014 rims +27mm now (with different backspacing in the 17's, 18's, and 20's because of different widths)....just like the old ones were all +31mm?

The 20's are a +27, I dont know much about the 900 20's but the 800 20's were about a +22.
