Plastic fairing under bumper of new pickups (2014)

Does anybody know if you can still take that plastic skirt off the from lower bumper like you use to with the last generation of sierra/Silverado? I've see a bunch of post with leveling and/or lift kits, but they still have that plastic thingy on the bottom of the bumper. When I raised the front of my vehicle a bit......I also took that trim piece off and it really adds to the look. Wondering if the same affect would happed with the new ones.

I may have just missed it in the forum...but couldn't find anything when I searched for the topic. Thanks in advance!

Yes you can. Another member on here with a Denali threw on some 34" tires and removes the fairing.
