Are we supposed to be magicians and know? lol

At least go under the truck and check it out, see where its coming from in person. Or at least see what color and the proximity of the leak.

front diff pinion seal has failed ,,,,,(not gone bad) lol

possible bearings failure as well,,,,,,,big money if the later

the only way to check the rotation of that pinion is to remove the front differential assembly,,,split it and rotate it to feel the bearings

remove the front driveshaft yourself and push/pull the pinion and see if any up down movement ,,,if the oil is dark and shitty ,,,,you have a problem

welcome ,let us know what it is ,dont try to do this your self unless you have a clear understanding of how a pinion/crush sleeve/cheat ,(for the seal only)

You do not mention if you have any driveability issues! Have you checked the fluid level of engine, transmission, ps, brakes,...?

I would start by completely cleaning the area, then drain and refill the front differential. Note the amount of gear oil that drains out, if any. In my 2007 with only 40K mile, and no leaks, I drained the gear oil and it was about 1/2 quart short.
