99 Silverado low beams staying on even with ignition off

hey guys i started having a problem yesterday with my silverado when i got home i shut the truck off and locked it and walked away and noticed my headlights were still on.

 

With no key in the igntion and headlight switch off they are still on

and to mention also i have aftermarket installed HIDs.

 

So far ive tried:

 

Pulled all the relays under the hood in the fuse box and on the side of the dash panel.

 

pulled the light sensor out from the dash and unplugged it also.

 

I've also unplugged the headlight switch

 

When i turn the headlight switch on it turns on my dash lights and if i switch it to high beams the low beam and high beams are on.

 

There must be a relay sticking somewhere?? the only thing i havent checked yet is the relay on the HID jumper harness.
