I installed a GM deflector a while back and started getting wind noise at both doors. Took it off a few days ago and the noise is gone. Also noticed when I removed it that during the install (pain in the butt to get into place) that in scraped the paint off the leading edge of the hood in two places down to primer. I touched it up with GM color match paint. I did have a tough time putting it on trying to get it in place but was surprised to see the paint gone. Had some nicks in the hood of my 2013 that I touched up and it appeared that the paint was thicker on that vehicle than this one only judging by eye of course. If I do it again I will go with the stick on one.
