Finally ordered the Airaid MIT. Only thing left for the engine now is a catch can, and a tune.

Not sure how you would put a catch can on these pickups... My motor has 2 breathers.

 

The intake itself seemed grody but the valves looked new.

Not sure. There should be 2 lines. One from ds rear to the top of the intake. Another from ls front to front of the intake.
