Saw a few nice big toys at the dealership today when I was having my oil changed.

Nice trucks with custom lifts and modifications. Not sure id pay the $62k plus listed.

But it was fun to check them out.

My dealer has a lifted Tahoe as well. If I get a chance I will get a pic of it next time I pass through there, IF it is still there which I am sure it will be with the 78K price tag that was on it

Do they still have that 2013 Callaway truck? That thing has sat there for almost 2 years. Which service advisor did you deal with?

The mirror chrome is opposite on the white one? Chrome bottom instead of top, never seen it like that before.

Good looking trucks... probably at least $10k-$15k in mods each! Pretty cool if you have that kind of money to spend.

The Callaway sold, finally. It was marked down to around $62k the last I saw it. I deal with Scott T. in service. He has a since of humor and has treated me right.

The interiors have been change as far as the seat coverings from what I've seen. The leather seats have a diamond stitch done on them. The biggest issue is that the salesman I talk to indicated they trucks 6.2 may be under posted for the size tires and lift on them. Its still a jump to get in one. And forget about reaching the oil dipstick. Lol

Here's the modded '14 at Hendrick in KC. Sticker is $64k, they have it reduced to $58k  .... a lot of money for a truck. Of course that would be nothing for a new Tahoe! They had a couple on their lot for $71,000!!!!!

Hendrick is who had the lifted trucks I saw in Cary, NC. They were customized by I think ALC.

You happen to know what brand rims they had?

The most expensive one of these is 53,811 and its the white one. These are folds of honor trucks we built.. IDK how these guys charge that much. all these are bad boy trucks!

I'll let you buy me the blue one....that's an awesome color.

They all had the same brand, MKW, just different sizes.

    • Can ask that about a lot of places.   Holiday sells 91 for $1 over 87 octane. BP 93 is 80 cents. Amoco 93 is 80 cents Kwik Trips is $1.20 for 92 or whatever they have and $1 for the 91.   I know that this is not exactly same as what you are saying with the premium to premium debate of those two stations but why is there such a difference. Top Tier this and that, it's all BS. All the fuel comes from the same damn refinery, so give me a break.
    • Why does Mobil Premium cost 90 cents a gallon more than Shell Premium when their regular offerings are but pennies apart?
    • Was all the way down to $3.69 a gallon but then jumped back to $3.99 just because for some reason.   Diesel floats between $4.80's to $5.10ish a gallon. I even saw Diesel #1 for $6.09 today but nobody in there right mind even buys that in the summer.
    • Mine just keeps lagging or getting stuck on the reverse camera. When I turn off the truck, get out, and close the door it will still stay on. It’s very intermittent and I would not be able to duplicate the issue.
    • I was checking out fuel prices at my farm fuel retailer at their pumps and yes the farm price is a bit lower than the non dyed fuel and was glad to see that the regular farm gas price has dropped a lot from what it had been but what blew me away was the price of diesel as the spread now compared to before the prices went up earlier in the year, diesel was actually slightly lower than gas which was a switch from the theme the last number of years. However that sure isn't the theme lately and definitely not right now. The prices I will post are not from that retailer but just looking at gasbuddy for the main city in this area and instead of posting the lowest price someone found I will list the higher price ( and that may not be the highest price, just whatever someone posted on gasbuddy ).   So regular gas and there are a lot of stations listing the same price for regular is 1.68 a liter, premium 2.00 a liter. Diesel 2.03 a liter for a top price I saw on diesel.   Figures out to 6.36 a us gallon Canadian funds for regular and 7.68 for diesel. With the US exchange rate it would be 4.58 us for regular and 5.53 for diesel.    Thought I would figure that out to get a picture of what it settles out like compared to various US prices and its about the same as the current price in Fairbanks AK as Anchorage tends to be lower. So yes, these would be the prices and higher along the way on the Alaska highway where they know they have a captured market !, for fuel prices for those beginning the long drive back to the lower 48   The problem is our Canadian dollar and going to the states that have the high prices, boy do we pay then !
