Hello Everyone...quick and fast... 04, kellsley hayes 325,already had p0265 code. Had module rebuilt.. done automated bleed with snap-on solus mutiliple times... done pads, rotors, calipers and hoses, drained complete system, refilled with fresh fluid, automated bleed a few more times and still smokes through pads in 4-5 weeks... completely bypasssed ABS and went back to old school and still smokes pads and calipers in 4-5 weeks... New calipers all around, hoses.. new master... all bench bled... etc etc....I Have 3 of these trucks and this is the only one that has me stumped... 2 of my buddies are top shelf techs and even they cant figure it out.... Ready to roll this outside with a gallon of gas and a match.....Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks Mark

All pads wearing that quick? Id suspect somthing common like master cylinder. Maybe not fully releasing?

Hello...Thanks for your response..... no...just the front brakes..... correct its not releasing... but 2 masters, one original and one new doing the exact same thing.... possible but odds are slim..... The funny thing is it takes a day or two for it to start sticking again.... Im stumped.... I cant tell you how many sets of calipers and pads weve gone through on this situation...... And to make matters worse No one can figure it out...
