If its rail dust buy some iron x I use it on my white truck once a year

It's hard to help you without more information. Please tell us more. I had Mexican shipping residue on mine after I bought it and took it back to the dealer and they re-detailed it. Shiny as can be now.

The first stop would be to consult your dealer's service department. Show them the paint defects you are concerned about then go from there.

 

If its just rail dust, then bust out the clay bar and wax, because its time for a full detail. Rail dust is very common on all vehicles. I've always clay barred and waxed my new vehicles.
