Big 3 upgrade

Has anyone on here performed the Big 3 upgrade yet? With or without upgrading their alternator? I have a 270amp mechman alternator from my escalade that I'm wanting to put in this truck and haven't seen any write ups on it .

Chris has done the mod, has the same alt as you too I think..... It's really easy, especially for your truck. Just go from alt to distro block, from distro block to battery, then from any chassis ground, the shorter the ground the better and you can make a new one if you want, to the neg on batt, then from chassis to engine block.

First off, I have a DC Power 300 amp.

 

And not the Substance. What truck are you trying to put the alternator on? Is it even compatible? Also the big 3 is simple. You just need like 10-15 ft of really thick wire
