Got the truck lowered and have got the flash by oncoming traffic. Best I can do pic wise this time of nite.

This is what is right above the headlights. Know the pics not the best but it's all I got right now. Has a Phillips but also looks like an Allen would get in their

Yes that's is the Headlight up/down adjuster. I used a number 2 Philips...worked perfectly.

Do u remember about how many turns u did?

Find a wall that has a perfectly level approach to it. I found my work's parking garage was perfect. Stop the truck about 30 feet from the wall. Measure the height of the center of your headlights. Then measure the cutoff line on the wall. It should be about 2" down from the headlight.
