Alrighty, found out my leaky carb is from the early 70s. I'd say it's time for an upgrade. Found a new in box edelbrock 1406 for 200 I'm going to pick up. Then I want to get an edelbrock performer intake manifold. May even go with the performer air gap if it makes any difference. And soon I will get my father's freshly rebuilt 350 that's on his airboat.
