Seat lumbar issue/poping noise and power window speed?

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and also have a new 2014 Silverado LT Z71 CCSB (build date 7/2014). I have combed through the topics and don't see a topic with the same issue I am having.

Is anybody experiencing a poping noise in the lumbar section of the driver seat with the 10 way seat split bench seat? I get a small pop when I get in and out of the seat or when I push my back against it or when I accelerate hard. It does change slightly when I adjust the lumbar but is still there to some degree. If any one has come across this without dealer interaction(because we all know how that can be sometimes, scratches, tears, poor reassembly, etc, some of you can relate I am sure) and a fix or a good seat exploded view diagram, let me know.

Also, Does anybody experience the drivers window to be slightly slower than the rest? All the other windows will open or close before the drivers window is done, there is about .5 second difference. Not much but still annoying.

Thanks
