Photoshop Help

I have a pic of a wheel that is painted and wonder if anyone can photoshop it to look like chrome? TIA

There isn't a lot I can't so on Photoshop, so I'll try and shoot these when I get home.

Thanx, but I'm committed waaay deep at this point. I just picked up the wheels from the plater and have to assemble the faux bolts they chromed or get new ones in cad plate, and decide on whether a blue tinted rim or red would look better than the chrome. Maybe you can do some tinted beadlock rings?

I'm leaning toward leaving them bare chrome. The colors look a little more "bubble gum" than I imagined. Although, if I were going for the "bubble gum" look, I'd go with that blue.
