I wouldn't mind a bumper like that. As already stated, its simple, adds light, retains parking sensors, but what no one has said is it also has a hidden winch! Added bonus. Has everything that you want in an off road bumper. I could get behind a bumper like that. I'm curious if there will be a rear bumper to match

this is way better executed than the ugly reaper, lingenfelter needs to ditch southern comfort on the reaper and make the silverado version subtle and not ugly.

My local dealer just sold this exact truck. It was that prototype. I actually drove it. Not a bad package. It is great to have a somewhat affordable option to combat the raptor. The package cost $20,000 over the stock truck. Of course it's all negotiable. I will say though that if you buy one of these take off all that bumper and sidestep stuff, it adds alot of weight. My 6.2 V8 truck was faster than this truck.

Faster is a state of mind with this type of truck... Your 6.2 may be faster on the road... which still surprises me since the G2 is Supercharged. But I'm willing to bet the G2 would be way faster flying through the desert than yours.

 

Same thing with the Raptor, the Ecoboost is faster on the road than the 6.2L but won't touch it off road.

Well let's just say that it just so happened that me and the G2 "met on the road" and it got dusted. It has alot of lag. My guess was either restrictive breathing or the extra weight.

 

It would only be faster through the desert if we are talking through rough terrain that would utilize it's longer travel suspension. I am planning on getting a mid travel mazzulla or camburg setup this year and then there would be no contest anywhere.

Well hell I just ordered my amp steps and retrax mx matte finish for the denali, might as well throw on this bumper and winch kit for the hell of it!
