Any happen to catch his address? It interrupted the Simpsons so I had to watch it. What did everyone think? I thought it was a darn good speech and I'm all for liberating Iraq!

I agree completely, and it was an excellent speech. Anyone else notice he sounded really tired, I can't imagine what it would be like to be him right now.

I'm all for it too...

That said, I also don't think it's a good idea (politically) to thumb our nose at the UN.

Not to mention the barbed comments aimed at Germany, France, Russia, and a host of other countries that are SOVERIEGN nations and are entitled to their own opinion/opposition.

As long as we go in and find those weapons it's a win/win with the UN, and the other opposing countries. (They [the weapons]will probably be finally destroyed as soon as the invasion begins).

I do believe that he is a threat to the world. IMO, I think Saddams's altimate goal is to control the majority of the worlds oil supply, and henceforth control the world.

Please remember this sites policy regarding politics, and lets all unite and support our Commander in Chief in these final decision making hours.

1.) I wish he would've made that speech 3 weeks ago. The further this thing gets into summer, the hotter it will be, and the bigger pain the chemical suits will be.

2.) At about 36 hours, we should go in, and catch him off guard. The only concern is the reaction from other countries. I think the less prepared he is, the better.

3.) Support our troops...period. The task has been given to them now. Any lack of support for the military action is un-patriotic, and in my view, almost treasonous. That is why Viet Nam was such a black eye. We should go in there to do the job RIGHT!

4.) The President did look tired. Pray for him.
