Strange problem with 2007 GMC Sierra stereo

I have a stock stereo in my 07 Sierra. Speakers randomly work and then don't work, front and or back speakers would play some days then not on others. Eventually all speakers except the front tweeters quit working. Then the tweeters failed. I installed a Sony XAV-64BT AV Center and 4 Infinity 650i2 speakers. I tested the new install and have no sound coming from any speakers. Is there another wiring harness plug other than the one behind the stereo unit in the dash? I am thinking water/corrosion somewhere in the wiring harness. Any ideas?

I read forums bout this issue, Google it. I'm replacing my Factory hardware with a setup from Crutchfield. I had only one door speaker working when I swapped them out.

Infinity REF-6502ix 2-Way Car Speakers

Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Interface

GM OnStar GMOS-LAN-01 LAN Data Bus Interface

 

Now my Rt Rear door speaker has static so I need to go back in and ohm out the wires to see if they are bad. I don't know if there is a another Harness plug between the Speaker and the stereo. Seem like there ought to be though......

 

Installing the rest of the gear is proving more confusing then I first thought. the Axxess directions suck. and they really don't address how everything works together.
